If you move your ONMO+ Pro Controller and USB dongle from one TV to another, the controller may sometimes need to be paired again with the dongle.

To fix this:

  1. Make sure the USB dongle is plugged into the new TV.
  2. On the controller, hold the M (Mode) button for 2 seconds until LED 4 is selected.
  3. Confirm the controller is in Mode 4 with LED 4 lit up. This is the correct mode for the 2.4 GHz USB dongle.
  4. If the controller is still not being detected, hold the Pair button for 3 seconds to re-pair it with the dongle.
  5. Wait a few seconds for the connection to complete, then test the controller again in ONMO+.

If it still does not connect, unplug and reinsert the dongle, then repeat the steps above.
