When connecting the ONMO+ Pro Controller to your TV using the USB dongle, make sure to plug it into a USB 3.0 port — this is the port with a blue connector inside.

Using a USB 2.0 port (black or white inside) may prevent the controller from being detected. If your TV has multiple USB ports, try each blue one until the controller is recognised.
