Yes. Each wireless mode stores one paired device independently:

• LED 1 — one Android device
• LED 2 — one Apple (iOS / macOS) device
• LED 3 — one Windows PC
• LED 4 — one 2.4 GHz receiver connection

To reconnect to a previously paired device, simply switch to the matching mode — the controller will automatically reconnect to the last paired device in that mode.
