Frequent disconnections are most commonly caused by low battery or an unstable wireless signal. Try the following:

  • Charge the controller: Connect via USB cable to charge. While charging, all 4 LEDs blink rapidly.
  • Move closer to your device: Reduce the distance and remove any obstacles between the controller and your phone/PC/TV.
  • Use wired mode: If possible connect using the USB dongle and switch to mode 4 for a stable, uninterrupted connection.
