To perform a factory reset:

1. Locate the small Reset hole on the back of the controller (near the M2 button).
2. Insert a pin or paperclip into the reset hole.
3. Hold for 5 seconds until the controller resets.
4. After the reset, you will need to re-pair the controller with your device.
