If your save files are not loading, check the following:

  1. Verify your linked Steam account: Make sure the correct Steam account is linked in your ONMO+ settings
  2. Enable Steam Cloud saves: Open Steam, go to Steam Settings and then Cloud, and make sure Enable Steam Cloud synchronisation is turned on
  3. Wait for sync to complete: Cloud saves sync automatically on launch — if you see a sync in progress, wait for it to finish before loading your game
  4. Resolve sync conflicts: If Steam detects a conflict between your local and cloud save, you will be prompted to choose which version to keep. Select the most recent one to avoid losing progress
  5. Relaunch the game: If saves still do not appear, quit and relaunch the game to trigger a fresh sync
