A fast internet connection is important, but it is not the only factor that affects streaming quality. 

Since ONMO+ streams everything from our servers (based in Delhi and Bangalore), your connection quality to those servers can directly affect how the game feels. For ONMO+ you need at least 20 Mbps download and a ping of 100ms or less.

A couple of quick things to check:

• Are you on Wi-Fi? Try switching to the 5 GHz band if your router supports it and get close to it
• Are you on mobile? Try switching to Wi-Fi
• Are you behind a firewall, VPN or any other network restrictions?
• Close any background apps or downloads that might be using up your bandwidth
• If on TV make sure to turn on game mode if TV supports it
